Safety signals. When an answer says someone is at risk, the right people hear about it.

Polzy looks for answers that describe a risk to someone's safety, in six languages. The person writing sees where to get help while they type. When they submit, the answer goes to a small named safety team, never to the writer's own reporting line.

  1. 1
    Help while they type
A word list runs in the browser. If it matches, support lines appear at once. Nothing is sent and the survey is never blocked.
  2. 2
    Read when it's submitted
With AI on, Polzy reads the answer for self-harm, violence, harassment, abuse, safety incidents, product injury and fraud.
  3. 3
    Their choice what happens next
They can ask to be contacted, by name or anonymously with a case reference and a private code. Leaving it unticked means nobody gets in touch.

The safety team is told in the app and by email, without the comment itself, and critical signals are to be acknowledged within an hour.

Question 6 of 6
Anything else you'd like to share?
Lately I don't want to go on anymore, and I don't know who to tell.

If you're thinking about harming yourself or someone else, please reach out now.

You don't have to face this alone — talking to someone can help. Carry on with the survey whenever you're ready.

Analysis and AI insights. Hundreds of answers, read for you.

Polzy reads every answer as it arrives and compares each group with its own history and the rest of the workspace. You see what stands out, with the numbers and the words behind it.

  1. 1
    Every answer read
A score for each open answer and each theme, and for each response a summary, its sentiment and the topics raised.
  2. 2
    What stands out, with evidence
Risks, wins and trends, each with its figures, a quote and a next step you can turn into an action.
  3. 3
    Every theme across every group
A heatmap sets each theme against each group and lists the largest gaps.
  4. 4
Reports that arrive on their own
A summary, the figures and the findings, weekly, monthly or quarterly, in the app and by email.

The findings are worked out from your numbers; the AI writes the words and never adds a figure. No result is shown for a group smaller than your privacy floor: five people by default, or the size you choose.

Ask Polzy. An assistant that does the work with you.

Tell Polzy what you need in your own words. It drafts and edits surveys, changes a campaign's reminders and dates, builds workflows and reports, adjusts settings and can set up a whole workspace. It shows you each change before it makes it.

  1. 1
    Ask in your own words
Type or dictate from any page. Polzy knows the page you are on, and @ points it at a survey or campaign.
  2. 2
    See the change first
Each change arrives on a card that says what will be created or changed: the survey and its questions, the reminder days, the workflow's steps.
  3. 3
Approve it, or let it act
In Ask before changes nothing happens until you approve. Ask only answers. Auto acts at once, but still asks before anything that messages people or sends data out.

Proposes each change for you to approve or decline. The default.

Polzy watches the workspace for you.

Each time you open a page, Polzy checks the workspace's own records. When something needs you, in the setup or in the results, a short banner says what and takes you to the fix.

  1. Smart banners
A survey that isn't landing, a connector that stopped, an allowance nearly used up. At most two per page, under the title, gone once it's fixed.
  2. Listening health
The dashboard checks your privacy floor, response rate, live surveys, overdue actions and theme scores, and shows what passes.
  3. My feed
Everything waiting for you in one list: surveys to answer, your actions, what needs attention and what Polzy suggests.

Closing a banner hides it for you alone, and only that one: a different survey or a new limit raises a new one.

Six languages on every plan

Your language, and your own words.

Polzy speaks six languages, and each person picks their own. On Enterprise, you can change any wording for your workspace.

  1. Six interface languages
English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish and Arabic, right to left.
  2. Any wording, per workspace
Change any text people see, in each language. Add a language of your own from a CSV, and let Polzy draft the rest for you to check.
  3. Your audience's words
A workspace for customers says customer; one for an event says attendee. The words follow the audience you chose.
  4. Surveys in several languages
One survey, answered in each person's own language, is on the roadmap.

Support and demos

A person when you need one.

Polzy is built to run on its own, and people are here when it doesn't. Ask in the app, write to the team, or talk to us before you buy.

  2. Write to the team

  3. Book a demo
Pick a time that suits you. We confirm it by email and walk through a workspace drafted around your answers.
