From answers to a score
With AI analysis on in a survey's Scoring tab, Polzy reads each response and scores every theme it touches, from what people rated and what they wrote.
A theme’s score is the average of those scores, out of 10, over the period you are looking at. Linking a question to a theme, and giving the theme keywords, helps Polzy place each answer.
Trends
The change beside a score compares it with the period before. Only groups at or above the minimum group size are compared.
Manage themes and their keywords under Surveys → Themes. Theme scores need AI analysis, on Solo and up.
