Scored questions

Rating and NPS questions produce a score, and only scored questions count towards a theme’s score. Use a rating for how people feel about one thing, and NPS for whether they would recommend you.

Choices

Single select, multiple select and picture selection offer fixed answers. Ranking asks people to put options in order.

Open and practical

Text gives people room to explain; its comments can be scored for sentiment. Date, address, contact details, file upload, consent and scheduling a meeting collect what their names say.

Layout

Headers, statements and images structure a survey without asking anything. Hidden fields carry a value from the link into the answers.
