Email works on every plan. On Team and up you can send from your own email provider so messages come from your domain.
SMS and WhatsApp
On Business and up. Useful for people without a work inbox, such as frontline teams or customers. WhatsApp is sent through your own Telnyx or Twilio account: connect it under Integrations before you choose WhatsApp in a campaign.
Slack and Teams
On Business and up. With Slack, each person receives the survey as a direct message where they already work; connect Slack under Integrations first. Microsoft Teams works differently: it posts to one shared channel, from a workflow step, and cannot message a single person. Use it to tell a team that a survey is open, and send the survey itself by email, SMS, WhatsApp or Slack.
Signed-in members can ask Polzy or message the team from Support. How fast we reply depends on your plan.
