Workspace health, smart banners and My feed

Polzy keeps watch

You should not have to go looking for problems. Polzy checks your workspace against what it knows — your plan, surveys, campaigns, connections, people and actions — and raises what needs a decision.

It says so in three places: a banner on the page where you can fix it, the Listening health card on the Dashboard, and My feed. There is nothing to switch on.

Smart banners

A banner sits under the page title, with one button that takes you straight to the fix. A page shows two at most, the most urgent first.

• Sending. Messages that are not arriving, a group behind its response target, or no campaign scheduled.
• Connections. A connected tool that stopped working, or a people sync that failed.
• Surveys. A survey closing soon, one few people are answering, or a draft that was never sent.
• Actions and people. Overdue actions, people without a manager, or groups too small to report on.
• Your plan. An allowance 80% used, a limit reached, a trial ending or a payment that failed.

Good news gets a banner too: your first response, response milestones, and a workspace that is ready to listen.

Fix it or dismiss it

Fix the cause and the banner goes by itself. Banners are worked out from your workspace each time you open a page, so they are never out of date.

Click Dismiss to put one aside. It is hidden for you only, and comes back after a while if the problem is still there — after a few dismissals it stops. A new problem is always raised fresh.

Listening health

On the Dashboard, admins and managers see Listening health: up to five checks, each Passing, Needs attention or Failing. Click a check to open the page behind it.

• Privacy floor set. Small groups are hidden from results.
• Response rate above target. 60% or more passes; under 40% fails.
• Every live survey is collecting. No live survey is left without answers.
• No overdue actions. More than three overdue fails.
• Themes are being scored. Flags any theme that scores under 6.0.

My feed

My feed is everyone's list of what needs them today, whatever their role. It brings four groups together.

• To answer. Surveys waiting for you, the soonest to close first.
• Your actions. Actions you own, by due date.
• Needs attention. Every banner that applies to you, from any page.
• Suggested by Polzy. Suggestions, and for admins and managers, new findings from Insights.

Open an item, or click Snooze until tomorrow, and it leaves your feed until the next day. Bring back returns it straight away. If it still needs you tomorrow, it is back.

Notifications

The bell in the top bar collects replies, mentions and updates. Urgent ones are also emailed, and texted to you if you switch on Urgent alerts.

Admins are emailed when a connected tool stops working, and again when it works. Choose what reaches you under Notification settings.
