Invite members and choose their role
Who can do what in a workspace, and how to bring colleagues in.

The roles
Everyone who signs in has a role in each workspace they belong to. The role decides what they can see and change.
- Owner. Holds the organization: the only one who invites members, changes their role or removes them.
- Admin. Sets up and runs the workspace — surveys, campaigns, settings and the plan.
- Editor. Reads results and invites contacts, but cannot change the workspace itself. Results cover the people in their reporting line.
- Viewer. Answers surveys and sees their own feedback. Nothing else.
Invite someone
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Organization settings.
- On Members, click Invite members and paste one or more email addresses.
- Click Choose workspaces, pick where they belong and their role in each, then Send invitations.
Every member who can sign in uses a seat: one on Free and Solo, ten on Team, fifty on Business. Contacts you survey never sign in and never use a seat.
An organization can limit sign-in to its own email domains under Organization settings → Security.
