Workspaces and organization settings
What belongs to a workspace, what belongs to the organization, and when to add a workspace.
A workspace
A workspace is one feedback programme: its own people, surveys, themes, results and branding. Its settings are in the sidebar under Settings: General, Branding, Notifications, Safety signals and API.
The organization
The organization owns the plan and everyone’s sign-in. Its settings are in the account menu under Organization settings: General, Members, Security, Usage and Billing, plus the audit log on Enterprise. They are the same whichever workspace you are in.
When to add a workspace
Add one when the audience is different — employees and customers, say — so each has its own fields, themes and privacy. Use segments, not workspaces, for parts of the same audience.
