How Polzy works

The big picture: who you listen to, how you ask, what Polzy makes of the answers, and how the loop closes.

One workspace per programme

Polzy helps you listen to a group of people over time — employees, customers, product users or event guests — and act on what they tell you.

Each programme lives in its own workspace, with its own people, surveys, themes and results. Above your workspaces is your organization: it holds the plan, the billing and everyone who signs in.

Two audiences, two workspaces. Listening to employees and customers? Give each its own workspace, so each keeps its own fields, words and privacy. Workspaces and organization settings.

The people you ask

A workspace's people are members, who sign in, and contacts, who only answer. Fields such as department, plan or location describe them, and are how you compare groups later.

Add people by hand, or keep them in sync with your HR system or shop. People, contacts and fields.

Ask: surveys and campaigns

A survey holds the questions. A campaign sends it to people — once, on a date, on a rhythm or when something happens — by email, SMS, WhatsApp or Slack, with reminders for anyone who has not answered.

You can also share a published survey by its link. Answers can carry a name or be anonymous, chosen per campaign.

Understand: results and insights

Answers arrive as they come in. Each survey has its Results, and Analytics brings every survey together: scores, response rates, eNPS, themes, comments and how groups compare.

On Solo and up, Polzy reads every answer — its sentiment, the themes it touches — and Insights points out what changed and why it matters. AI insights and analysis.

Act and close the loop

What you learn becomes actions: work with an owner and a date, followed on a board until it is done. Workflows handle what repeats, such as opening an action when a score falls.

People see that they were heard. You can reply to an anonymous comment without learning who wrote it, and tell people when what they raised is done.

Who sees what

Admins run the workspace and see everything in it. Managers see results and actions for the people in their reporting line. Everyone else answers surveys and sees their own feedback, actions and My feed.

Results only show for groups of 5 or more people by default, in charts, filters, heatmaps, reports and Ask Polzy's answers. How the minimum group size works.

Polzy at your side

Ask Polzy is on every page and every plan. It explains a result, drafts a survey or a workflow, and by default asks before it changes anything.

Polzy also keeps watch: a banner tells you on the right page when something needs you, and My feed lists what needs you today. Workspace health, smart banners and My feed.
