See how each person is doing
Contact insights shows how each person scores across every survey, who is well below average or has never answered, and lets admins open one person's record.
On this page
Analytics → Contact insights shows how each person is doing across every survey: their average score, how it is moving, their strongest and weakest theme, and when they last answered. It points out who is well below the workspace average, who has never answered and who is improving — and lets an admin open one person's whole record.
Contact insights is on every plan. Individual scores are for admins only. Editors see the groups in their reporting line, each with at least as many people as your minimum group size, and never a person.
The figures at the top
- In this view. How many people the filters leave.
- Average score. Their average, out of 100.
- Needs attention. People well below average: 12 points or more under the workspace's own average.
- Answered. People who answered at least once.
When people are well below average, a banner names them — 3 people are well below average — with their weakest theme, and Draft check-ins asks Ask Polzy to write a short, warm check-in message for them that does not mention their scores.
The list
The tabs sort people into Everyone, Needs attention, Never answered and Improving (up 5 points or more on their last answer against the one before).
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Person | Name, their groups — Sales · Lisbon — and a flag: Well below average or Never answered. |
| Score | Their average out of 100, and how far from the workspace average — −14 vs avg. not scored when nothing they answered had a score. |
| Weakest theme / Strongest theme | Their lowest and highest theme score. |
| Trend | Their scores over time. |
| Last answered | The day of their last answer, and how many answers they gave. |
Search by name or email, narrow by any of the workspace's fields, and Sort by Lowest score, Highest score, Biggest drop, Answered most recently or Name.
Anonymous answers are never linked to anyone, so they are in nobody's score here. A note at the foot of the list says so.
Group by and What stands out
Beside the list, Group by sets the people of one field side by side — each group's score with a mark for the workspace average. A group under your minimum group size reads 3 people · hidden, under 5. What stands out picks up patterns: the theme weakest for most of the people well below average, the person who rose most on their last answer, and how many people have a field left empty, which leaves them out of group reports.
Export and ask
- Export. For admins: downloads the list as you have filtered it, as a CSV file.
- Ask about this view. Opens Ask Polzy on what you are looking at.
A person's record
Admins click a person to open their record.
- The figures. Average score with vs workspace, Answered (of 12 sent), Completion (how many they abandoned) and Last answered.
- Summary. Polzy's reading of their answers across surveys.
- Score over time. Their scores against the workspace's.
- Answers. Each survey they answered, with its date, their score and how it compares with that survey's average.
- Themes and Dimensions. Their score per theme, and their fields — with the system they come from, when they are synced.
At the top: Start conversation (Team and up), Create action — Follow up with Ana — and Ask about Ana. The ⋯ menu holds Export their data and Erase their data. Erasing keeps their answers in your results, no longer linked to them, and deletes what is theirs alone: their record, conversations, notes on tasks, files, notifications and Ask Polzy chats, and their sign-in if this is their only workspace. It cannot be undone.
What Editors see
An Editor's page reads How the groups in your line are doing across every survey. Under Your groups, each group of the chosen field shows its score; a group under the minimum group size shows no figures, so nobody in it can be singled out. Editors cannot open a person's record. When every group is too small, try a broader field.
Troubleshooting
- Contact insights could not be loaded. Try again in a moment. Press Try again.
- Nobody matches this view. Clear the search or a filter.
- Every group here is under 5 people, so there is nothing to show yet. For Editors: choose a broader field under Group by.
- This person could not be found. They were removed, or their record is not yours to see. Go back to Contact insights.
- Someone has no groups. Their fields are empty. Fill them in under Contacts, or let your sync fill them — see People and contacts.
