Upgrades apply now and are prorated; downgrades apply at renewal.

Change plan
- Open Organization settings → Billing and click Change plan.
- Pick the plan and the billing cycle, add any add-ons, and confirm payment.
A move up applies straight away and is charged for what is left of the period. A move down takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
