Who it is for

An account for personal use — a private person, buying as a consumer — can withdraw from its purchase within 14 days of its first payment, without giving a reason.

Businesses — companies and the self-employed — have no right to withdraw. Nothing on this page applies to an account for a business.

Withdraw online

While the 14 days run, Billing shows Withdraw from contract.

  1. Open Organization settings → Billing.
  2. Click Withdraw from contract.
  3. If you like, say in your own words that you are withdrawing. This is optional.
  4. Confirm. You do not need to sign in again.

Other ways

You can also fill in the model withdrawal form, which you can print, or write any other clear statement that you are withdrawing. Send it by email to our billing team, at the address on the legal notice, or by post to the address there.

The email confirming a payment made within the 14 days carries this information and a link to the form.

What happens next

  • Everything you paid is refunded in full, the way you paid it, within 14 days: back to the card or direct debit you paid with, or by bank transfer if you paid by transfer.
  • Each refund is a credit note, listed on Billing.
  • Your organization moves to the Free plan at once.
  • We email you an acknowledgement with the date and time of your withdrawal.

From then on, Billing shows the date you withdrew.
