Connect

1. Open Integrations, choose Microsoft Teams and add it. Nothing else is asked here: each workflow step names the channel it posts to.
2. In Teams, open the channel, choose Workflows and create the flow that posts to the channel when a webhook request is received. Copy the URL it gives you.
3. Use that Workflows URL, not an old Office 365 connector URL: Microsoft is retiring those.

Use it

In a workflow, add the step Post to a channel and paste the channel’s URL. Teams posts to that shared channel only and cannot message a single person, so it is not a channel for sending a survey to people. Send the survey by email, SMS, WhatsApp or Slack, and use Teams to tell the team it is open.
