Set up a workspace by describing it
Setting up a feedback programme used to mean a dozen decisions before the first question was written: who to ask, how often, through which channel, how anonymous, and what happens when a score drops. Most teams made them once, by copying last year’s survey, and never revisited them.
One sentence in, a plan out
Open the workspace menu and choose Set up with Polzy. Describe what you want in your own words — “a quarterly pulse for our 400 employees, with a check-in for new hires” — and Polzy proposes a plan in seven steps: the audience, the themes, the metrics, where your people come from, the channel, the first survey and the follow-up workflow.
Each step is proposed, not applied. You can change a theme, drop a metric or skip the workflow entirely.
Checked against your own data
The plan ticks a step off only when the thing it describes really exists in your workspace: a published survey, a connected HR system, a channel that can deliver. It cannot be marked done by clicking a box, so the checklist never tells you a workspace is ready when it is not.
Where to find it
Set up with Polzy is in the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar, and on the dashboard until the plan is complete. You can leave and come back; it picks up from what the workspace already has.
